For production lines, robotic cells, and heavy fabrication facilities, standalone units aren’t enough. Our stationary fume extraction systems are engineered to handle high-volume smoke loads across multiple stations. We configure wall-mounted arms for fixed booths, overhead canopy hoods for robotic cells, and massive central collectors (from A.C.T., CECO, and Coima) that filter the air for an entire plant.
These systems utilize high-efficiency nanofiber media and advanced spark arrestors to safely handle oily weld smoke and combustible dusts. By returning filtered air to the facility, these central systems also help retain heat in winter, significantly lowering energy costs compared to exhausting air outside.

| Series Configuration | Airflow Capacity | Capture Method | System Layout | Ideal Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wall-Mounted Arms | 800 – 2,000 CFM/arm | Source Capture Arm | Ducted to Central or Standalone | Fixed welding booths, vocational schools, bench work. |
| Robotic Cell Hoods | 3,500 – 6,500 CFM | Overhead Canopy | Direct Mount over Cell | Automated welding, robotic integration, high smoke loads. |
| Backdraft Walls | 4,000 – 10,000+ CFM | Slotted Plenum Wall | Rear Draft Extraction | Grinding stations, large parts where arms interfere. |
| Plant-Wide Ambient | 20,000 – 100,000+ CFM | Ambient Airflow Pattern | Central Collector + Ducting | General shop haze, crane bays, large structural steel. |
